-Walking tour of Bonterra’s mature hedgerow
-Bee Friendly Farming Mini-Grant Opportunity

this year the River Center will be setting up a booth to showcase our work and projects with the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District and the Navarro River Resource Center, come by and say hello!
Salmon Film Festival
The first-ever Salmon Film Festival, sponsored by the Salmon Restoration Association, the City of Fort Bragg, and the North Coast Brewing Company, takes place July 1st and 2nd in Ft. Bragg Town Hall.
The Salmon Film Festival is held in conjunction with the 40th Annual Salmon Barbeque in the Noyo Harbor, a major fundraising event held by the Salmon Restoration Association to support local salmon education and conservation programs. The barbeque, billed as the World’s Largest Salmon Barbeque, feeds thousands of salmon fans who flock to Noyo Harbor in Ft. Bragg, Mendocino County.

Anderson Valley Wildflower Show
The Garden Section of the Unity Club has put this jewel of an event on for over 75 years. Wildflower specimens from all over Mendocino County are on display for the 2 days. There is also a book and plant sale and many local experts and resource available to help you identify and learn more about the local flora .
Benefit dance for the Navarro River Resource Center at Lauren's
Tommy Brown and the Smokin' Mirrors are going to play a benefit show for the River Center at Lauren's Cafe in Boonville. There will also be a silent auction. $10.00 cover at the door. Lauren's dinner served from 5:00-9:00pm.
